摘要
目的探讨口部运动训练对脑卒中后构音障碍患者康复的临床疗效。方法对40例脑卒中后构音障碍患者采用随机数字方法分为对照组与试验组。对照组患者接受常规训练,试验组在常规训练基础上增加15 min口部运动训练,1次/日,共治疗4周。治疗前后采用改良Frenchay构音障碍评价表和口腔轮替运动速率指标对两组患者组间和组内进行比较,评价其疗效。结果两组患者治疗前一般资料无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后试验组Frenchay构音障碍评分及口腔轮替运动速率(daidochinetic rate,DR)均较对照组改善,试验组Frenchay构音障碍评分总有效率为95%,口腔轮替运动速率异常率显著下降(P<0.05)。结论口部运动训练对脑卒中患者构音障碍的治疗具有显著改善作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of oral exercise therapy on the rehabilitation of stroke patients with dysarthria.Methods Forty stroke patients with dysarthria were divided into two groups by computer random numbers,namely control group and experimental group.Stroke patients in the control group received conventional vocal training.Stroke patients in the experimental group received conventional treatment,and added 15 minutes of oral exercise therapy once per day for 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the modified Frencay dysarthria evaluation form and the oral rotation rate were compared between and within the two groups of patients.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The Frenchay dysarthria score and oral rotation rate(DR)of the experimental group were improved compared with the control group.The effective rate of the experimental group's dysarthria score was 95%,and the abnormal rate of oral rotation was significantly decreased.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Oral exercise therapy could improve dysarthria of stroke patients significantly.
