摘要
燃烧法处理沥青烟是目前广泛采用的一种方法,本文对沥青烟的燃烧方式、引入装置进行了分析,得出了采用分两路燃烧是目前使用最广的一种燃烧方式。为了能延长沥青烟的燃烧时间、提高燃烧处理效率,而又不影响搅拌设备的正常运行,不增大燃烧系统的压力。根据燃烧方式的不同,设计选取合适的引入装置,从而使得沥青烟能够充分燃烧,达到净化的目的。
Combustion method is a widely used to treat asphalt fume,the combustion types and conveying pipe of asphalt fumewere analyzed.It was concluded that the combustion method was feasible,and the two-part combustion was currently the most widely used combustion method.In order to prolong the burning time of asphalt fume and improve the efficiency of combustion treatment,without affecting the normal operation of the mixing equipment,and not increasing the pressure of the combustion system,according to the different combustion methods,the appropriate conveying fume pipewas designed and selected,so that the asphalt fume can be fully burned to achieve the purpose of purification.
