铁路站车生活垃圾热解烟气治理技术分析

摘要 基于铁路生活垃圾产生和处置特点,对相应的烟气处理技术进行分析。从铁路站车生活垃圾成分和热解气化炉产生的烟气污染物出发,探讨烟气净化系统工艺中的脱酸、颗粒物、二英、重金属处理技术。综合考虑治理效率、治理成本、工艺实施的难易程度等,推荐铁路站车生活垃圾热解烟气净化工艺流程,即烟气经二燃室充分燃烧后先经急冷装置降温避开二英生成的温度条件,再经SCR法脱硝,经半干法+干法脱酸,再经活性炭吸附和布袋除尘处理达标后排放,以实现对无市政收集输运和处理条件的铁路站车生活垃圾减量化、无害化、资源化处置。 Based on the production and disposal characteristics of railway domestic garbage,the corresponding flue gas treatment technologies are analyzed.Based on the composition of domestic garbage in railway stations and trains and flue gas pollutants produced by pyrolysis gasifier,the treatment technologies of deacidification,particulate matter,dioxin and heavy metals in flue gas purification system were discussed.Considering the treatment efficiency,treatment cost and the difficulty of process implementation,it is recommended to purify the flue gas from pyrolysis of domestic garbage in railway stations and trains,that is,after the flue gas is fully burned in the secondary combustion chamber,the flue gas is cooled by a quenching device to avoid the temperature condition of dioxin generation,then denitrated by SCR method,deacidified by semi-dry method+dry method,and then discharged after reaching the standard by activated carbon adsorption and bag dust removal,so as to realize the reduction,harmlessness and resource disposal of domestic garbage in railway stations and trains without municipal collection,transportation and treatment conditions.
