摘要
慢性自发性荨麻疹属慢性荨麻疹中的一种特殊类型,多认为肥大细胞紊乱以及嗜碱粒细胞活化和脱颗粒是该过程的中心。发病过程中刺激释放出与变态反应有关的血小板活化因子,另外血小板活化因子是能引起严重变态反应非常重要的致病性成分,还可以激活肥大细胞加重炎症反应,在本研究领域中逐渐引起关注。本文将目前血小板活化因子与慢性自发性荨麻疹关系的研究加以整理,为有效防治慢性自发性荨麻疹提供新方向。
Chronic spontaneous urticaria is a special type of chronic urticaria.Mast cell disorder and basophil activation and degranulation are considered to be the center of this process.In the course of pathogenesis,it stimulates the release of platelet activating factors related to allergic inflammation.In addition,platelet activating factor is a very important pathogenic component that can cause severe allergic reactions.It can also activate mast cells and aggravate inflammatory reactions,which has gradually attracted attention in this research field.In this paper,the current research on the relationship between platelet activating factor and chronic spontaneous urticaria will be sorted out to provide a new direction for the effective prevention and treatment of chronic spontaneous urticaria.
