抗IgE抗体治疗特应性疾病临床研究状况 被引量:5

摘要 IgE是介导I型变态反应的抗体,在支气管哮喘、鼻炎、食物过敏等特应性疾病的发病过程中发挥着关键作用。抗IgE单克隆抗体可以与血液中IgE结合,降低血清总IgE水平,并下调肥大细胞、嗜碱性粒细胞表面的IgE高亲和力受体FcεRI的表达,从而抑制IgE介导的免疫反应。初步临床研究显示,它可以抑制哮喘患者的早发相哮喘反应和迟发相哮喘反应,降低患者气道高反应性和气道中嗜酸性粒细胞数量。临床试验结果显示,抗IgE抗体治疗能够减少哮喘患者急性发作,降低吸入激素量,改善哮喘症状、肺功能以及生活质量。另外,抗IgE抗体治疗能减轻过敏性鼻炎和眼结膜炎患者的鼻、眼症状,减少其抗过敏药物的使用。
