摘要
面向全球疫情下我国高校的教育现状与政策制度,进行高校创新型设计人才培育模式的研究。阐述全球疫情颠覆培育环境、打破培育模式、影响培育成效的三大高校创新型设计人才培育的冲击;分析总结全球疫情下国内外高校创新型人才培育在专业教育、时代科技、跨际视野、德育美育四大角度的教学内容、手段、方法、管理措施经验;提出科研竞赛结合创新型设计人才培育教学内容、科技赋能完备创新型设计人才培育教学手段、平台合力构筑创新型人才培育教学方法、素质育人引导创新型设计人才培育教学管理的启示,从而构建完善的高校创新型设计人才培养模式,不断推动我国高校培育出具备一流综合素质的创新型专业领军人才。
Facing the current situation of education in my country's colleges and universities under the global epidemic,research on the cultivation mode of innovative design talents in colleges and universities.Explain the impact of the global epidemic that has subverted the cultivation environment,broke the cultivation mode,and affected the effectiveness of the cultivation of innovative design talents in three universities;analyzed and summarized the cultivation of innovative talents in domestic and foreign universities under the global epidemic in professional education,modern technology,cross-border vision,and moral education teaching content,methods,methods,and management measures from the four perspectives of aesthetic education;put forward that scientific research competitions combine innovative design talents to cultivate teaching content,technology empowers complete innovative design talents to cultivate teaching methods,and platforms work together to build innovative talents training teaching methods,The enlightenment of quality education to guide the cultivation of innovative design talents and teaching management,so as to improve the construction of the training mode of innovative design talents in colleges and universities,and continuously promote the cultivation of innovative professional leaders with first-class comprehensive quality in Chinese universities.
