摘要
明代许多文言小说类书中都有医学知识版块,其内容形态涉及医学理论、行医守则、医患关系等多个方面。这些医学知识的来源及编撰义例不同于正宗类书,其分类方式与数术知识的关系也有别于书目系统的著录。总体而言,明代文言小说类书中的医学知识呈现一种知识与故事兼备、文学叙事与医学叙事交融的特性。这些医学知识具有丰富的学术价值,体现于创新医学知识传播、为叙事医学的民族化提供资源、深化古代小说文体研究等方面。
Many compilations of classical Chinese novels in the Ming dynasty contain medical knowledge,including medical theories,codes of practicing medicine,doctor-patient relationship,etc.The sources and compilation style of these medical knowledges are different from those in the compilations of medical books.Their classification and the relationship with Shu Shu theory are also different from the bibliographic system.In general,the medical knowledge in the compilations of classical Chinese novels in the Ming dynasty presents the characteristics of combining knowledge and story,and integrating literary narration and medical narration.These medical knowledges have high academic value,including innovating the way of medical knowledge dissemination,providing resources for the nationalization of narrative medicine,and deepening the study on the style of ancient classical novels.
