摘要
介绍了臭氧老化试验箱的内部结构和工作原理,提出了一种臭氧老化试验箱的校准方法,并对臭氧气体浓度、温湿度的校准结果进行了不确定度评定。有效地解决了臭氧老化试验箱的量值溯源,提高了该设备试验的准确性。
This paper introduces the internal mechanism and working principle of ozone aging chamber,puts forward a calibration method of ozone aging chamber,and evaluates the uncertainty of calibration results of ozone gas concentration,temperature and humidity.It effectively solved the traceability of ozone aging test chamber and improved the accuracy of the equipment test.
