摘要
为了解决现有柔性生产线温度自动化测控系统由于PID参数与量程调节难度较大,存在响应时间长、测控自动化参数小的问题,提出基于PLC的柔性生产线温度自动化测控系统设计。设计系统硬件单元包括温度采集单元、PLC配置单元与温度控制单元;软件模块包括温度信号处理模块、PLC控制程序模块与越限报警设计模块。通过系统硬件单元与软件模块的设计,实现了柔性生产线温度自动化测控系统的运行。仿真实验结果显示,与制定的标准数值相比较,设计系统响应时间较短,测控自动化参数较大,系统温度测控性能更好,适应现今柔性生产线安全需求。
In order to solve the problems such as long response time and small automation parameters of the existing temperature automatic measurement and control system of flexible production line because it is difficult to adjust PID parameters and range,the design and research of the temperature automatic measurement and control system of flexible production line based on PLC is proposed.The designed system hardware unit includes temperature acquisition unit,PLC configuration unit and temperature control unit.The software module includes temperature signal processing module,PLC control program module and off-limit alarm design module.Through the design of hardware unit and software module,the operation of temperature automatic measurement and control system of flexible production line is realized.The simulation results show that the designed system has shorter response time and larger automation parameters compared with the established standard values,the system has better temperature measurement and control performance,which can meet the safety requirements of the current flexible production line.
