摘要
针对货运动车组的特点,在传统多刚体仿真模型的基础上,综合考虑集装器的结构、布置和安装方式,在SIMPACK动力学仿真软件中建立更接近实际的考虑货运动车组车厢和集装器货物的装载加固关系的“车-货”耦合动力学仿真模型。仿真计算了耦合模型在不同速度下的运动稳定性、运行平稳性及曲线通过性能。结果表明,各项动力学指标均符合要求,满足最高运行速度250 km/h的运行要求。前后端集装器的振动加速度比车体地板的加速度大,因此研究运行速度250 km/h以上货运动车组的动力学性能以及对所运送货物的完整性、安全性进行评估时需要考虑车体和集装器的耦合关系。
According to the characteristics of freight EMU,a coupling simulation model better related with the reality of consolidation method of container and vehicle body was established by SIMPACK on the basis of the traditional multi rigid body simulation model and with regard to comprehensive consideration of the type,the installation way and the arrangement of container.With the model,the running stability,curve negotiating performance and riding quality of the model was caculated.The results show that all the indicators meet the requirements which can guarantee the operation of 250 km/h and that the vibration acceleration of the front and rear end container is higher than that of the vehicle floor.Therefore,it is necessary to consider the coupling relationship between the car body and the container when studying the dynamic performance of the freight EMU and evaluating the integrity and safety of the transported goods.
