摘要
近年来,我国正在大规模建设高速铁路客运专线,然而高昂的投资建设和运营维护费用导致了其经济效益欠佳。与此同时,快运市场发展迅猛,供不应求的趋势越来越明显。在这个特定的背景下,发展高速铁路快运物流可能会产生良好的双重效益——经济效益和社会效益。文章通过单位成本分析和社会效益分析阐述了发展高速铁路快运物流的经济必要性和社会必要性;然后,结合国内外成功案例和我国高速铁路实际技术条件情况分析了发展高速铁路快运物流的可行性。
China have been constructing high-speed passenger railway on a large scale recently,however its economic performance does not behave well due to the expensive capital expenditure and operating expense,meanwhile express industry is rapidly developing,which causes demand exceeding supply. In this situation,the introduction of high-speed railway express may produce great social and economic benefits. This paper illustrates the social and economic necessity through the unit cost analysis and social analysis,then,combines successful cases and the high-speed railway technical condition in our country to prove its feasibility.
