摘要
为满足纸张质量性能要求和降低生产成本,抄纸过程中添加填料和增强剂已成为造纸行业的惯用技术。未经改性的无机矿填料如碳酸钙和滑石粉等存在添加量较多时对纸张物理强度产生较大的负面影响和留着率较低的问题,聚合物增强剂如聚丙烯酰胺和聚乙烯醇等单体具有一定毒性且有些单独使用效果不佳。拟对无机矿物填料改性及生物质增强剂开发的主要研究结果进行综述,旨在为造纸行业进一步用好填料和增强剂提供参考。
In order to meet the requirements of paper quality and performance and reduce the production cost,adding fillers and reinforcers in the papermaking process has become a common technology in the papermaking industry.Unmodified inorganic mineral fillers such as calcium carbonate and talc powder have a large negative effect on paper physical strength and low retention.Polymer enhancers such as polyacrylamide and polyvinyl alcohol have certain toxicity and some monomers such as polyvinyl alcohol are not effective.The main research results of the modification of inorganic mineral fillers and the development of biomass enhancers are reviewed in this paper,in order to provide reference for the further use of fillers and reinforcers in the papermaking industry.
