摘要
图书馆在国家智库建设中具有得天独厚的优势,而数字图书馆是获取信息资源的重要渠道,数字图书馆向智库服务转型是提高图书馆软实力的路径之一。本文通过分析数字图书馆智库服务的要素和特点,在多种新兴技术成熟背景下,构建数字图书馆智库服务体系框架,并根据面临的现实问题,给出当前数字图书馆智库服务的实现路径,为数字图书馆向智库服务转型提供有益参考。
The library has unique advantages in the construction of the national think tank,and the digital library is an important channel for accessing information resources.The transformation of digital libraries into think tank services is one of the ways to improve the soft power of libraries.By analyzing the elements and characteristics of think tank service in digital library,the paper constructs a system framework of digital library for think tank service based on multi-technology fusion.Finally,according to the practical problems faced,the paper gives the realization path of digital library to think tank service.It provides a useful reference for the transformation of digital libraries into think tank services.
