哈佛大学图书馆面向智库的服务策略与启示 被引量:22

摘要 高校图书馆是高校的信息资源中心,承担着服务高校智库建设与发展的责任。文章调查美国哈佛大学图书馆对本校智库开展的服务,归纳总结出其服务策略:共建信息平台,促进信息资源共享;为本校智库开辟专属空间,打造特藏资源,赋予智库成员较高的使用权限;聘用兼具图书馆业务能力和学术研究能力的人员服务高校智库;为高校智库发挥教育功能提供支持等。其对我国高校图书馆服务智库建设的启示包括:促进网络平台共建与信息资源共享;向高校智库输送优质人力资源;重视服务策略的针对性与开放性。 University library is the information center of a university,and plays an auxiliary role in academic researches. Thus,it naturally undertakes the responsibility of serving the construction and development of university-affiliated think tanks. This paper makes a survey of Harvard Library’s think-tank-oriented services, and summarizes its service strategies. Such strategies are as follow:building an information platform and promoting information resource sharing;opening up the exclusive space,constructing special collections,and giving the think tank members higher access rights;hiring personnel with both library service and academic research capabilities to serve university-affiliated think tanks;providing support for the educational function of universityaffiliated think tanks. In the end,it is proposed that university libraries in China should strengthen joint construction of online platforms and the sharing of information resources,provide excellent librarians for university-affiliated think tanks,and attach greater importance to the pertinence and openness of their service strategies.
