摘要
目的探讨医院冷链药品风险管理中失效模式和效应分析(FMEA)的具体应用。方法收集医院冷链药品管理使用中存在的问题并计算RPN值,提出改进措施,实施6个月后评价FMFA管理效果。结果实施6个月后,总RPN值显著降低(实施前为8261.98,实施后为2926.41),采用RPN平均值比较,各部门根据改善方案开展相关措施,在6个月之后,RPN整体水平明显减小,借助对比RPN水平的方式可知,运用此种方式之后,相对于实施之前RPN水平显著降低,进行t检验之后可知,P<0.05,这就表示FMEA技术运用之后本院冷链药品管控各个环节中的风险事件发生率明显减小,说明该院冷链药品在各部门管理中的问题得到显著改善。结论采取FMFA的方式能够显著减小医疗机构冷链药品的相关风险,进而使得药品质量及用药安全得到保障。
Objective To explore the application of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)in risk management of cold chain drugs in hospital.Methods The problems existing in the management and use of cold chain drugs in this hospital were collected,RPN values were calculated,improvement measures were proposed,and the effect of FMFA management was evaluated 6 months later.Results After 6 months,with a total RPN values significantly reduced(8261.98 prior to implementation,after implementation of 2926.41),the average RPN,each department according to the improved scheme to carry out the relevant measures,after six months,by means of the contrast level of RPN way,using this way,after compared with the prior to the implementation of the RPN were significantly reduced,after t inspection,P<0.05,this means that after the application of FMEA technology,the incidence of risk events in all aspects of cold chain drug control in our hospital has been significantly reduced,indicating that the problems in the management of cold chain drug in all departments of our hospital have been improved.Conclusion Adopting FMFA can significantly reduce the risks associated with cold chain drugs in medical institutions,thus ensuring the quality and safety of drugs.
