酸改性玉米秸秆活性炭吸附甲基紫的热力学和动力学研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了降低印染废水处理成本,提高玉米秸秆的利用率,以体积分数50%的磷酸为活化剂将玉米秸秆在高温灼烧制备成活性炭后用于吸附甲基紫,通过单因素试验和正交试验考察了甲基紫溶液的初始质量浓度、溶液的pH值、吸附剂颗粒大小及用量、吸附时间、吸附温度对吸附性能的影响,确定的较优吸附条件为玉米秸秆活性炭的粒径和用量为0.105~0.125 mm、0.1 g,甲基紫溶液的初始质量浓度和用量为160 mg/L、50 mL,溶液pH值为中性;吸附时间为100 min,吸附温度25℃。在此条件下玉米秸秆活性炭对甲基紫的吸附率可达97%。通过吸附热力学和动力学的研究发现,25℃下吸附过程符合Langmuir吸附等温式和McKay二级动力学模型。 In order to reduce the treatment cost of dye waste water and increase the utilization ratio of corn straw,corn straw was activated by 50%phosphoric acid as activator then was burned into activated carbons at high temperatures to adsorb methyl violet.The influences of the initial concentration of methyl violet,pH values of the solution,particle sizes and dosages of the sorbent,adsorption time,adsorption temperatures on the performance of adsorption were inspected by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiments.The optimal adsorption conditions were determined as follows:the particle sizes and dosages of activated carbons from corn straw was 0.105-0.125 mm,0.1 g,the initial concentration and dosages of methyl violet was 160 mg/L and 50 mL,pH values of the solution was neutral,adsorption time was 100 min,adsorption temperatures was 25℃.Adsorption rates of methyl violet by activated carbons from corn straw can reach 97%in the selected suitable conditions.This study on adsorption process at 25℃by thermodynamics and kinetics indicated the adsorption process accorded with Langmuir adsorption isothermal and McKay Secondary kinetics model.
