摘要
目的探讨参松养心胶囊对化疗药物相关心律失常的防治效果。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月于解放军总医院第五医学中心肺部肿瘤科收治的确诊肺癌患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,监测患者化疗期间心率、心律及心悸胸闷等症状,随访24 h动态心电图,观察比较两组患者抗肿瘤药物引发相关心律失常的发生与特点。结果参松养心胶囊治疗组心律失常的发生率显著低于对照组(15.23%vs.29.91%,P=0.011)。多因素回归分析表明,参松养心胶囊是化疗药物所致相关心律失常的预防因素(OR=0.426,95%CI:0.21~0.85),是室性早搏发生的有效预防因素(OR=0.313,95%CI:0.139~0.705),但是对于预防患者心悸胸闷症状及其它心律失常的发生,两组间没有显著差异(P>0.05)。结论本研究初步证实参松养心胶囊能有效减少化疗期间患者心律失常尤其是室性早搏的发生,保证了抗肿瘤治疗的连续性与安全性。
Objective To explore the prevention effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule on arrhythmia caused by antitumor drugs.Method Patients with confirmed tumors admitted to department of pulmonary oncology in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into treatment groups and control groups.Regular follow-up 24-hour dynamic electrocardiograms were performed to observe and compare the occurrence and characteristics of anti-tumor drug-related arrhythmia in the two groups of patients.Results A total of 212 tumor patients were included in this study.A total of 48 patients(22.64%)developed arrhythmia that met the diagnostic criteria,of which 16 patients(15.23%)in the treatment group.Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that Shensong Yangxin Capsule is a preventive factor for anti-tumor drug-related arrhythmia(OR=0.426,95%CI:0.21~0.85)and an effective preventive factor for the occurrence of ventricular premature beats(OR=0.313,95%CI:0.139~0.705),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in preventing patients with palpitation and chest tightness and other arrhythmia.Conclusion The study initially confirmed that Shensong Yangxin Capsule has a significant effect on arrhythmia caused by anti-tumor drugs,and can effectively reduce the occurrence of arrhythmia,especially ventricular premature beats during anti-tumor treatment.
