摘要
目的:探讨经皮单椎体骨水泥注入术后弥散强化程度对骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折治疗效果的影响。方法:选取60例骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者为研究对象,所有患者均行经皮椎体成形术,根据椎体内骨水泥弥散强度分为弥散充分组(对照组)和弥散欠佳组(观察组),比较两组不同阶段疼痛程度、Cobb角、功能障碍和生活质量,同时进行并发症发生率的对比。结果:对照组和观察组术前和术后次日疼痛程度、Cobb角、功能障碍以及术前生活质量评分对比差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),观察组术后6个月疼痛程度、Cobb角、功能障碍和生活质量评分与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:经皮椎体成形术后椎体内骨水泥弥散强度欠佳,可影响手术治疗效果的发挥,也可增加术后并发症发生风险,应严格观察骨水泥弥散强化程度,以保障治疗效果。
Objective:To investigate the effect of diffusion enhancement degree after percutaneous bone cement injection on the treatment effect of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.Methods:60 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent percutaneous vertebroplasty.According to the diffusion enhancement degree of the bone cement in the vertebral body,they were divided into control group(sufficient diffusion)and observation group(poor diffusion).The pain degree,Cobb angle,dysfunction and quality of life at different stages between the two groups were compared,and the incidence of complications was also compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the degree of pain,Cobb angle,dysfunction,and preoperative quality of life scores before and the next day after operation between the two groups(all P>0.05).Compared with the control group,Cobb angle,dysfunction and quality of life scores 6 months after surgery in the observation group were significantly different(all P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Poor diffusion enhancement degree of bone cement in the vertebral body after percutaneous vertebroplasty may affect the effect of surgical treatment and increase the risk of postoperative complications.The diffusion enhancement degree of bone cement should be strictly observed to ensure the therapeutic effect.
