摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,轻便、快速、资源节约的低地板车辆逐渐成为城市轨交系统的重要发展方向,而研制100%低地板车辆的关键在于实现转向架构架更高要求的结构设计。一种低地板转向架构架,实现了驱动耦合的技术难点,结构紧凑,空间利用率高。针对其结构和承载特点,利用有限元分析对其强度进行研究,结果表明:该构架强度满足设计要求。上述研究为低地板车辆转向架构架的设计和优化提供参考。
With the acceleration of urbanization, light, fast and resource saving low floor vehicles have become an important development direction of urban rail transit system. The key to develop 100% low floor vehicles is to realize the structural design with higher requirements of bogie frame. This paper introduces a low floor bogie frame,which realizes the technical difficulties of driving coupling, compact structure and high space utilization. According to its structure and bearing characteristics, the strength of the bogie is studied by finite element analysis. The results show that the strength of the frame meets the design requirements. The above research provides reference for the design and optimization of bogie of low floor vehicles.
