摘要
智轨电车运行在公共道路上,车体顶盖上布置有储能电池、空调、辅助电源等大重量设备。因此,智轨电车对车体顶盖的轻量化和结构性能提出了更高要求。从智轨电车的特点和技术需求出发,在车体顶盖长度和宽度都相同的基础上,结合轨道交通和道路客车行业的车体顶盖结构型式,介绍了4种车体顶盖结构设计方案,并通过CAE分析,从重量和全生命周期成本两个方面对4种方案进行了对比分析,综合考虑选取了一种最优的结构设计方案,对类似车型车体顶盖的结构设计有良好的借鉴意义。
ART operate on public roads,with energy storage batteries,air conditioning,auxiliary power supply and other heavy equipment arranged on the top cover of the car body.Therefore,the intelligent tram puts forward higher requirements on the weight and structural performance of the car body top cover.Starting from the characteristics and technical requirements of smart trams,this paper introduces four kinds of carbody roof structure design schemes based on the same length and width of car body top cover,combined with the structural types of car body roof cover in rail transit and road bus industry.Through CAE analysis,four schemes are compared and analyzed from two aspects of weight and life cycle cost,and an optimal structural design scheme is selected through comprehensive consideration,which has a good reference significance for the structural design of similar car body top cover.
