摘要
目的观察锁定钢板与解剖钢板的应用效果,总结其在治疗pilon骨折中的价值。方法23例pilon骨折患者,采用锁定钢板治疗11例,作为锁定钢板组;采用解剖钢板治疗12例,作为解剖钢板组。比较两组患者手术时间、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生情况、骨折复位状况。结果锁定钢板组手术时间(44.75±9.92)min短于解剖钢板组的(57.63±11.69)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。锁定钢板组患者骨折愈合时间(16.45±2.85)周短于解剖钢板组的(19.27±3.57)周,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。锁定钢板组并发症发生率9.09%低于解剖钢板组的58.33%,差异具有统计学意义(x^(2)=6.135,P<0.05)。锁定钢板组骨折复位率90.91%与解剖钢板组的91.67%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在pilon骨折患者的治疗中应用锁定钢板可缩短手术时间和骨折愈合时间,其具有固定可靠的优势,患肢恢复状况良好,并发症发生率更低,且骨折复位状况可达到与解剖钢板一致的效果。
Objective To observe the practical effect of locking plate and anatomical plate,and summarize its value in the treatment of pilon fracture.Methods Among 23 patients with pilon fractures,11 cases treated with locking plates were taken as locking plate group,and 12 cases treated with anatomical plates were taken as anatomical plate group.The operation time,fracture healing time,occurrence of complications and fracture reduction status were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time(44.75±9.92)min of locking plate group was shorter than(57.63±11.69)min of anatomical plate group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture healing time(16.45±2.85)weeks of locking plate group was shorter than(19.27±3.57)weeks of anatomical plate,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications 9.09%of locking plate group was lower than 58.33%of anatomical plate group,and the difference was statistically significant(x^(2)=6.135,P<0.05).The fracture reduction rate 90.91%of locking plate group had no statistically significant difference compared with 91.67%of anatomical plate group(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of locking plate can shorten the operation time and fracture healing time of patients with pilon fracture.It has the advantages of reliable fixation,good recovery of the affected limb,lower complication rate,and the fracture reduction can reach the same effect as the anatomical plate.
