摘要
基于弧形闸门面板动水压力的特性,考虑支铰位置和转动支臂半径对面板水压力的影响,建立计算弧形闸门面板动水压力的半经验半理论公式.通过三个弧形闸门的模型试验结果对公式中的动能修正系数进行拟合,并与规范公式进行分析比较.分析结果表明:该动水压力公式精度较高,使用方便;转动支铰位置和支臂半径均会对面板动水压力产生影响,且面板动水压力存在最小值;在设计阶段可根据实际情况选择合理的弧形闸门支铰位置和转动支臂半径,能够起到减小弧门面板动水压力和降低闸门转动支臂承载力的作用.
Based on the characteristics of hydrodynamic pressure of radial gate,the semi-empirical and semi-theoretical formula for hydrodynamic pressure of radial gate panel was established,considering the influence of hinge position and rotating arm radius on the panel hydrodynamic pressure.Through the model test results of three radial gates,the kinetic correction coefficient in the formula was fitted and compared with the standard formula.Analysis results show that the obtained hydrodynamic pressure formula has high accuracy and is convenient to apply.Rotating hinge position and rotating arm radius both have influence on the panel hydrodynamic pressure, and the panel hydrodynamic pressure has a minimum value. In the design stage, reasonable hinge position and rotating arm radius can be selected according to the actual situation,which can reduce the panel hydrodynamic pressure and decrease the bearing capacity of the rotating arm of the radial gate.
