摘要
水利水电工程泄水弧形闸门的流激振动现象是十分普遍的,这些振动有时会影响工程安全运行,甚至会造成结构失事,一直受到设计和管理人员的重视。基于模态叠加法,提出了水工结构流激振动反分析方法,可用于由少量测点的动位移实测值反馈分析出整个结构在水流动力荷载作用下的动位移场和动应力场。通过反分析计算得到的弧形闸门应力值与使用Ansys有限元计算软件的计算值进行对比,可以看出,反分析计算结果与实际计算结果非常接近,从而验证了动位移、动应力反分析程序的正确性,并通过与水弹性模型试验的比较进一步验证了反分析程序的正确性。
The flow-induced vibration of arch gate appears very often in hydraulic engineering. It may have great influence on the safe operation of the project and even bring serious damage to the structure. Therefore, it has been greatly emphasized by designers and managers. Based on mode superposition method, this paper offers a method of flow-induced vibration counter-analysis. This method can be used to feedback and analyze the dynamic displacement field and dynamic stress field of the entire structure under the flow dynamic load, according to the actual value of the dynamic displacement of the few measuring points. Comparing the stress value of the arch gate through the counter-analysis calculation method with the predicted value calculated through the finite element software Ansys, we can see the result calculated through the counter-analysis approximates to the actual calculated result. Therefore, the accuracy of the dynamic displacement and stress counter-analysis is confirmed. The accuracy of the counter-analysis is further proved by hydro-elastic model test.
