摘要
目的:探讨早期康复护理对颅脑外伤术后运动障碍患者功能恢复的效果.方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月在我院进行颅脑外伤术的患者72例为研究对象,随机数字法分为2组,对照组应用常规护理,观察组应用早期康复护理.结果:观察组患者的GCS以及ADL评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者的FMA评分、Barthel指数改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对颅脑外伤术患者实施早期康复护理在临床上取得了满意的效果,不仅能够加快患者运动功能的恢复,还能有效的提高患者的定向力、记忆力、注意力、计算力、回忆能力以及语言能力,提高患者的术后生活质量,应当在临床推广应用.
Objective:To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on functional recovery of patients with motor dysfunction after craniocerebral trauma.Methods:72 patients who underwent craniocerebral trauma surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into two groups by random number method,the control group received routine nursing,and the research group received early rehabilitation nursing.Results:the GCS and ADL scores in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the improvement of FMA score and Barthel index in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:early rehabilitation nursing on patients with craniocerebral trauma surgery has achieved satisfactory clinical effect,can accelerate the recovery of motor function in patients with not only,also can effectively improve the patients orientation force,memory,attention,computing power,memory,and language ability,improve the postoperative quality of life of patients,should be popularized in clinical application.
