摘要
目的探究丁苯酞对血管性痴呆患者认知功能以及生活能力的影响。方法纳入我院神经内科2019年2月至2020年5月收治的90例影像学检查证实脑卒中引起的血管性痴呆患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各45例,对照组患者给予丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗2周,观察组在对照组基础上继续口服丁苯酞软胶囊3周,对比两组患者治疗前后精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分及不良反应。结果用药治疗后两组患者MMSE、ADL评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组患者较对照组升高显著,P<0.05。观察组患者治疗后总有效率(93.33%)高于对照组(77.78%),P<0.05。观察组患者不良反应发生率(6.67%)与对照组(8.89%)差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论丁苯酞治疗血管性痴呆患者可在一定程度上改善患者认知功能,提高日常生活能力,并且序贯治疗效果显著,未增加治疗后不良反应发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of butylphthalide on cognitive function and life ability of patients with vascular dementia.Methods Ninety patients with vascular dementia caused by stroke confirmed by imaging examination from February 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given butylphthalide sodium chloride injection for 2 weeks,while the observation group was given butylphthalide soft capsule for 3 weeks on the basis of the control group.MMSE,ADL scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,MMSE and ADL scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%higher than that of the control group 77.78%,P<0.05.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(6.67%)and the control group(8.89%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide in the treatment of vascular dementia patients can improve the cognitive function and the ability of daily living to a certain extent,and the sequential treatment effect is significant,without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment.
