摘要
目的本研究将凝聚胺法、微柱凝胶法不规则抗体筛查应用于输血中的作用与效果进行观察。方法选择2018年9月—2020年9月北京市第六医院收治的输血病例95例,借助凝聚胺法、微柱凝胶法对其不规则抗体进行检测,比较所得的结果。结果(1)凝聚胺法的检测时间(13.16±1.63)min,比微柱凝胶法检测时间(34.70±1.13)min明显缩短,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)微柱凝胶法的次侧的总阳性率7.37%(7/95),与凝聚胺法次侧的总阳性率[1.05%(1/95)]比较明显增高,有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组的主侧的总阳性率、总阳性率、假阳性率[微柱凝胶法依次是1.05%(1/95)、7.37%(7/95)、2.11%(2/95);凝聚胺法依次是3.16%(3/95)、4.21%(4/95)、1.05%(1/95)]差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。(3)微柱凝胶法的灵敏度100.00%(4/4),较之于凝聚胺法灵敏度25.00%(1/4)明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输血工作中应用微柱凝胶法较之于凝聚胺法能够改善灵敏度,应用凝聚胺法较之于微柱凝胶法能够降低检测时间,为此,临床中可以把二者间进行联合,能够获得更为理想的效果,以极大地提升输血的总安全性。
Objective In this study,the role and effect of coagulation method and microcolumn gel method in screening irregular antibodies in blood transfusion were observed.Methods From September 2018 to September 2020,a total of 95 blood transfusion cases received by our hospital were selected.The irregular antibodies were detected by means of coagulation method and microcolumn gel method,and the results were compared.Results(1)The detection time of coagulant method was(13.16±1.63)min,which was significantly shorter than that of microcolumn gel method(34.70±1.13)min,P<0.05.(2)The total positive rate of the secondary side of microcolumn gel method was 7.37%(7/95),which was significantly higher than that of the coagulant method(1.05%,1/95),P<0.05;There was no significant difference in the total positive rate,total positive rate and false positive rate of the main side between the two groups[the microcolumn gel method was 1.05%(1/95),7.37%(7/95),2.11%(2/95),and the coagulant method was 3.16%(3/95),4.21%(4/95),1.05%(1/95)],P>0.05.(3)The sensitivity of the microcolumn gel method was 100.00%(4/4),which was significantly higher than that of the coagulant method,which was 25.00%(1/4),P<0.05.Conclusion In blood transfusion,the application of microcolumn gel method can improve the sensitivity,and the application of coagulant method can reduce the detection time compared with that of microcolumn gel method.Therefore,the two methods can be combined in clinical practice to obtain more ideal results,so as to greatly improve the overall safety of blood transfusion.
