摘要
目的探讨无创呼吸机治疗老年呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法 76例老年呼吸衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各38例。对照组患者给予常规对症治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上给予无创呼吸机治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的pH值、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、呼吸频率、心率,治疗期间气管插管率及病死率。结果治疗后,研究组pH值、PaO_(2)水平高于对照组, PaCO_(2)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组呼吸频率(22.93±2.16)次/min、心率(96.17±4.25)次/min低于对照组的(25.69±2.25)、(100.69±5.36)次/min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,研究组气管插管率7.89%、病死率0均低于对照组的26.32%、10.53%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创呼吸机治疗老年呼吸衰竭的临床疗效显著,有助于改善患者的血气分析指标,治疗效果显著,具备临床推广应用价值。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of senile respiratory failure. Methods A total of 76 senile patients with respiratory failure were divided into control group and research group according to random numerical table, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received conventional symptomatic therapy, and the research group received noninvasive ventilator based on the control group. The pH value, arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2)), arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2)), respiratory rate, heart rate before and after treatment, and the tracheal intubation rate and mortality rate during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the pH and PaO_(2) of the research group were higher than those of the control group, and PaCO_(2) was lower than that of the control group. All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment, the respiratory rate(22.93±2.16) times/min and heart rate(96.17±4.25) beats/min of the research group were lower than(25.69±2.25) times/min and(100.69± 5.36) beats/min of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). During treatment, the tracheal intubation rate 7.89% and mortality rate 0 of the research group were all lower than 26.32% and 10.53% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The non-invasive ventilator has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of senile respiratory failure, which is helpful to improve the blood gas analysis indicators of patients, and has clinical promotion and application value.
