摘要
目的:探讨BiPAP无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者疗效及对血气指标、生命体征的影响。方法:分层抽样法选取100例COPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者,随机数字表法分组:对照组(50例)给予常规治疗,研究组(50例)在常规治疗同时应用BiPAP无创呼吸机。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,研究组动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)低于对照组,动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、pH、血氧饱和(SpO2)高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组心率、呼吸频率、气道阻力(RAW)、气道峰压(Ppeak)低于对照组,Cst高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为6.00%,对照组则为10.00%(P>0.05)。结论:COPD并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭治疗中应用BiPAP无创呼吸机可改善血气指标、生命体征及呼吸力学,且不良反应少。
Objective:To explore the effect of BiPAP non-invasive ventilator in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients with typeⅡrespiratory failure and its influence on blood gas indexes and vital signs.Methods:100 cases of COPD patients with typeⅡrespiratory failure were selected by stratified sampling method and divided into two groups according to random digits table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the study group was given BiPAP non-invasive ventilator at the same time of routine treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,PaCO 2 in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and PaO 2,pH and SpO 2 were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the heart rate,respiratory rate,RAW and P peak of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the Cst was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.00%in the study group and 10.00%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:In treatment of COPD patients with typeⅡrespiratory failure,BiPAP non-invasive ventilator can improve blood gas indexes,vital signs and respiratory mechanics,with less adverse reactions.
