摘要
为保障城市占道施工区域的通行秩序和通行安全,文章对占道施工区域的交通特性进行了分析,以此为依据分别就在区域内通行的机动车、行人以及公共交通进行了交通组织,参照作业区交通标志标线规范,提出了占道施工区域的安全保障措施。并以西安地铁3号线施工建设为例,提出了地铁站施工区域的交通组织方案,有效缓解了地铁施工区域的交通拥堵状况。
To ensure the normal traffic order and traffic safety of the urban road-occupied construction area,the traffic characteristics of the construction area are analyzed in this study.Based on the characteristics,the traffic organization about the vehicles,pedestrians,and the transit in the area is carried out and the safety guarantee of the construction area is discussed.Finally,taking the construction of Xi’an Metro Line 3 as an example,the traffic organization scheme of the subway-occupied construction area under different conditions is proposed,which effectively alleviates the traffic congestion of the construction area.
