摘要
面对城市发展的新形势、新需求,对快速路系统提升功能、进行改建正成为必然趋势。但是,工程往往建设周期长、影响范围广,施工期间必须采取科学合理的交通组织方案,避免造成路网严重拥堵,尽量减少对市民生产和生活的不利影响。以上海市济阳路快速化改建工程为例,对施工期间交通组织的重、难点及主要对策进行分析,阐述具体方法和措施,为城市快速路改建工程施工筹划及交通组织积累经验、提供借鉴。
Facing the new situation&new demand of urban development,it is an inevitable trend to improve the function&rebuild the expressway system.Such projects often have a long construction period and a wide range of impacts.During the construction period,a scientific&reasonable traffic organization plan must be adopted to avoid serious congestion on the road network and minimize the adverse impact on the production&life of citizens.Taking the rapid reconstruction project of Jiyang Rd.in Shanghai as an example,it analyzes the key points,difficulties&main countermeasures of traffic organization during the construction period,and expounds the specific methods&measures,so as to accumulate experience&provide references for the construction planning&traffic organization of urban expressway reconstruction project.
