摘要
目的传统的义齿制作工艺耗时长、费用高、精准度差。3D打印技术引入牙科制造后,一定程度上提高制作效率和品质。方法每位同学制作两颗上颌中切牙烤瓷熔附金属全冠。一颗采用传统包埋铸造方法制作金属内冠,另一颗采用3D打印技术制作金属基底冠。对比两种金属内冠做好的烤瓷的效果。结果两组烤瓷熔附金属全冠成绩试验组平均成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)结论3D打印金属基底冠的应用使学生更好地认识和理解3D打印的特点,提高工作效率,弥补了传统方法制作的金属内冠的缺点,增加了学生堆瓷、形修的实训课时间。3D打印金属基底冠在固定义齿工艺学实训教学中的应用开阔了学生的视野,实训教学效果比传统的教学效果好,丰富创新培养手段以增强学生科学探索能力等方面发挥重要作用,有利于促进口腔医学技术技能型及创新型人才的培养。
Objective The traditional denture making process is time-consuming,expensive and inaccurate.After the introduction of 3D printing technology into dental manufacturing,the production efficiency and quality are improved to some extent.Methods Each student made two maxillary central incisor porcelain fused metal crown.One was made of metal inner crown by traditional embedding casting method,and the other was made of metal base crown by 3D printing technology.Compare the effect of two kinds of metal inner crown made porcelain.Results The average score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conlusion This study using 3D printing technology printed metal base crown,used in fixed denture technology practice teaching can make students better understanding and the understandingof the characteristics of 3D printing, improve the workefficiency, make up for the traditional method of metal inthe champions league shortcomings, increases the studentof porcelain, the form of training class time. The applicationof 3D printing metal base crown in the practical teachingof fixed denture technology broadens students' vision, thepractical teaching effect is better than the traditional teachingeffect, and it plays an important role in enriching innovativetraining methods to enhance students' ability of scientificexploration, which is conducive to promoting the technicalskills and innovation of stomatology.
