摘要 未分化型甲状腺癌(anaplastic thyroid carcinoma,ATC)是恶性程度最高的甲状腺肿瘤类型,其起病隐匿、进展迅速、侵袭性强、预后极差,目前临床最常用的治疗方案为手术联合化疗,疗效不佳,针对此类型患者亟待探索新的治疗手段。随着医疗技术发展、精准医疗概念的提出,关于ATC的分子机制研究逐步展开,靶向治疗、免疫治疗、基因修复、诱导分化等新的治疗措施逐步应用于临床,并初见疗效,为ATC患者的治疗开辟了新章程,本文就ATC的治疗进展进行系统的综述。 Anaplastic thyroid carcinoma(ATC)is the type of thyroid tumor with the highest degree of malignancy.Its onset is occult,rapid,aggressive,and prognosis is extremely poor.At present,the most commonly used treatment plan in clinic is surgery combined with chemotherapy,and the effect is not good.For this type of patients,it is urgent to explore new treatment methods.With the development of medical technology and the concept of precision medical treatment,the study of molecular mechanism of ATC has been carried out step by step,and new treatment measures(targeted therapy,immunotherapy,gene repair,induced differentiation)have been gradually applied to clinic,and the initial curative effect has opened up a new regulation for the treatment of ATC patients.This article systematically revies therapeutic advances in ATC patients.
