摘要
本文针对某核电机组在一回路冷态水压试验升温过程中,非能动堆芯冷却系统安注管道发生异响事件进行了深入的研究分析,利用伯努利方程和达西公式对模型进行流体计算,结合系统布置、设备结构等特点,发现4台主泵以50%转速运行的工况下,会在堆芯补水箱内部建立起反向流,造成系统内压力脉动,从而引起水锤产生异响。表明通过主泵运转对堆芯补水箱连同一回路共同升温的策略不可行,为后续CAP1400机组水压试验升温操作提供了良好的借鉴。
A comprehensive study of the abnormal sound,which occurs in the injection pipe of the passive core cooling system during the heating-up process of the cold hydraulic test in certain nuclear power plant,is conducted in this paper.The fluid calculation upon the model is based on Bernoulli equation and Darcy formula,combined with features of the system layout and equipment structure.The results show that there will be a reverse flow in the core makeup tank when 4 reactor coolant pumps running on 50%speed.The reverse flow causes pressure pulsation,and then raises the water hammer and the abnormal sound.Therefore,it fully demonstrated that the test strategy of heating up core makeup tanks together with primary loop through the reactor coolant pumps is not feasible.For CAP1400 NPPs,it will also provide a valuable reference.
