某400 kt/a硫磺制酸装置投运近8年,运行状况良好,工艺指标稳定,热回收利用效率较高。介绍了该装置开车期间的作业流程,特别是焚硫炉及转化器升温操作的要求,并总结了硫磺制酸装置开车期间、停车期间、日常运行维护等方面的注意事项。
A 400 kt/a sulphur⁃burning sulphuric acid plant has been in operation for nearly 8 years.The operation is good,process figures are stable,and the heat recovery efficiency is high.The working procedure during the startup of the plant,particularly the requirements for temperature rise operation for the sulphur burner and the convertor are outlined,and precautions during the startup,shutdown and routine operational maintenance of the sulphuric acid plant are summarized.
