摘要
随着教育体制改革,国家不断扩大高校招生的人数,自2016年起国内高等教育学校招生人数以每年50万人的速度递增。加之经济社会持续发展,财经类专业已成为近十年来最热门的专业之一。不管是综合专业类大学,还是研究专业类大学,多数都开设财经类专业课程。人数多、专业多、大学多这些都成为就业竞争力加大的主要原因。财经类专业毕业生就业情况不容乐观。分析财经类的定位以及该专业大学生的就业压力。从货币银行学角度分析现有财经类大学生的就业优势,以及在严峻就业形势中的应对措施。
With the reform of the education system,the state has continuously expanded the enrollment of domestic higher education schools,which has increased by 500000 per year since 2016.In addition,with the sustainable development of economic and social majors,finance and economics has become one of the hottest majors in the past decade.Whether it is comprehensive major universities or research universities,most of them offer financial and economics major courses.The large number of people,majors and universities have become the main reasons for the increased employment competitiveness.The employment situation of graduates of financial and economics majors is not optimistic.Analy ze the financial positioning and the employment pressure of college students in this major.From the perspective of monetary banking,the employment advantages of existing financial and financial countermeasures in the severe employment situation.
