摘要
经济全球化下的互联网时代,企业招聘人才对注重掌握理论知识逐渐转为注重实践经验,因此高校人才培养模式也逐渐随之改变。本文以安徽财经大学为例,对财经类院校毕业生目前的就业情况进行介绍;通过对就业环境进行分析,论述影响毕业生就业质量提升潜在因素;从加强学科建设,改革人才培养方案、重视就业指导,完善就业服务体系、加强就业指导服务教师队伍建设以及关注就业文化建设等方面提出建议。
In the Internet era under the economic globalization,the enterprise recruits the talents to pay attention to grasp the theory knowledge gradually to pay attention to the practice experience,therefore the university personnel training pattern also gradually changes.Taking Anhui University of Finance and Economics as an example,this paper introduces the current employment situation of graduates from finance and economics colleges;analyzes the employment environment;discusses the potential factors that affect the employment quality of graduates;from strengthening the discipline construction,reforming the talent training program,paying attention to employment guidance,improving the employment service system,strengthening the construction of employment guidance service teachers and paying attention to employment and putting forward suggestions on cultural construction.
