摘要
为提高气动系统能效,提出了一种恒压式气动储气装置,取代传统定容式储气罐。首先,对恒压式气动储气装置的结构原理进行设计说明;然后,在AMESim中对一个典型气动回路进行建模仿真,对比在回路中使用传统定容式储气罐和恒压式储气装置的不同系统工作特性。结果表明:所设计的恒压式储气装置能够实现良好的稳压特性,同时表现出了显著的节能效果。
In order to improve the energy efficiency of the pneumatic system,a constant pressure pneumatic gas storage device is proposed to replace the traditional fixed volume gas storage tank.First,the structural principle of the constant-pressure pneumatic gas storage device is illustrated.Then,a typical pneumatic circuit with the traditional fixed volume gas storage tank and the constant-pressure tank is modeled and simulated in AMESim,respectively.The different system working characteristics of the gas storage device are compared.The results show that the designed constant pressure gas storage device can achieve the constant pressure characteristics.Besides,it shows significant energy saving performance.
