摘要
"中国制造2025",我国在这个大环境下,对于制造业的发展越来越紧迫,其中智能制造工业,是其重要任务之一。智能机器人,是其重要组成部分。目前我国绝大多数加工企业所使用的加工机器人,功能单一,维护费用高,占用空间大。针对加工机械手的多工序加工这一特点,进行结构设计,提出方案,UG三维建模,同时对其机械手臂进行有限元分析,论证其合理性。通过有限元分析得出机械手所使用的材料为铝合金,机械手两侧增加固定板,可以使得机械手偏移量在1mm以下。所以实验得出,该加工机械手可以进行批量,非标工件生产。
" Made in China 2025" ,in this environment of our country,the development of manufacturing industry is becoming more and more pressing. And Intelligent Manufacturing is one of the most tasks. Intelligent robot is one of the important parts, Processing robot is currently used in the vast majority of China's processing enterprises,its single function, high maintenance cost,large occupied space and difficult to promotion. So,we are aimed at the characteristics of muhifunction processing machine, design mechanical structure, and propose a scheme,UG 3D modeling, and finite element analysis of the key joint of mechanical arm, to prove the rationality. By finite element analysis,The material of the manipulator is aluminum alloy, and is not ABS. When the fixed plate in the manipulator on both sides, the offset can be controlled within 1 mm below. So, the experimental results show that the manipulator can be batch processing, non-standard parts production.
