摘要
为了选取合理、安全、可靠的水泵设计方案,通过对安徽省芜湖市荆方泵站工程的水泵选型方案进行比选研究,首先阐述了泵站的选型原则,并对本工程水力机械模型的适用性进行分析探讨,之后从泵站机组性能指标和结构可靠性方面进行系统分析,最终选择装机6台套,单机设计流量为8.5m3/s的方案进行设计和施工,该方案既能满足流量要求,又能减小对防洪大堤及堤顶道路的影响。相关研究成果对今后类似泵站水泵选型具有一定的参考价值。
In order to select a reasonable,safe and reliable pump design scheme,this paper compares and selects the pump selection schemes of Jingfang pumping station project in Wuhu City,expounds the selection principle of the pump station,discusses the applicability of the hydraulic mechanical model of the project,and carries out a systematic analysis from the performance index and structural reliability of the pumping station unit,and finally selects 6 sets of single unit installed The design and construction of the design flow of 8.5m3/s can not only meet the flow requirements,but also reduce the impact on the flood control levee and the road on the top of the embankment.The relevant research results have a certain reference value for the pump selection of similar pumping stations in the future.
