摘要
本文针对工业用余能回收用超低比转速水轮机结构简单能量损失较大问题对蜗壳进行化,结合等速度距我可设计理论,提出将蜗壳内圆后移,使蜗壳进口端至末端截面逐渐变小,减少水力损失。通过对蜗壳进行简单的改进,提高了水轮机效率,同时也在一定程度上节省了水轮机的改造成本。蜗壳外壁是圆环形,无法用等速度矩法计算,因此设置了三组后移不同距离的模型,用Pro/E、ansys软件进行建模迭代计算后,分析蜗壳压力分布以及流线情况并计算水轮机的整体效率。
Due to the simple structure and much energy loss of super low specific speed water turbine in the process of industrial complementary energy recycle,the volute is optimized combining with relative theory.It has been put forward that moving the inner circle of the volute backwards will make the cross section from the entrance to the end of the volute smaller, so that the loss of water power decreases.Through conducting simple improvements ,the efficiency of water turbine is improved and the cost is saved to some extent.Because of the circular shape of the outer skin of volute, constant velocity moments method cannot be used, so that three models are set according to different backward distance.The pressure distribution and the flow line condition will analyzed after iterative computation by using Pro/E and ansys, and the overall efficiency will be calculated.
