摘要
我国水泥分别粉磨工艺一般有两种,一种是各种材料单独磨细入库,然后计量配制均化;另一种是采购高等级成品水泥与自行制备或购买超细混合材料,然后计量配制均化,这是“分别粉磨库外精确配制和高效均化生产水泥新技术”的基本技术路线。分别粉磨工艺能充分发挥各参配原料的水化胶凝活性,实现物尽其用,能够大幅度降低水泥制造成本,实现水泥生产对熟料的节约,是碳减排的途径之一。
There are generally two separating grinding processes for cement in China.One is to separately grind various materials into the warehouse,and then batch and homogenize;the other is to purchase highgrade finished cement and self-prepared or purchase ultra-fine mixed materials,and then batching,mixing and homogenization,which is the basic technical route of"precise preparation outside the grinding library and efficient homogenization of new cement technologyn.The separated grinding process can give full play to the hydration and gelling activity of each raw material,make the best use of the material,greatly reduce the cost of cement manufacturing,and realize the saving of cement clinker,which is one of the approaches of carbon emission reduction.
