摘要
目的分析二甲双胍+胰岛素泵治疗GDM(妊娠糖尿病)的临床效果及安全性。方法选定该院2018年6月—2020年6月住院治疗的88例GDM患者,根据“单盲随机抽样法”分组,参照组44例患者予以胰岛素泵治疗,实验组44例患者予以二甲双胍+胰岛素泵治疗,比较临床疗效、血糖指标、血清Betatrophin、CRP、CysC因子、不良妊娠结局发生率、不良反应发生率。结果实验组临床总有效率(95.45%)高于参照组(70.45%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组治疗后HbA1c、FPG、2 hPG、血清Betatrophin、CRP、CysC因子均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组不良妊娠结局发生率(2.27%)低于参照组(18.18%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.456,P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率(6.82%)与参照组(4.55%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论二甲双胍+胰岛素泵可有效降低血糖值,调节血清蛋白因子水平,改善母婴结局,且不良反应较少。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of metformin+insulin pump in the treatment of GDM(gestational diabetes).Methods 88 patients with GDM who were hospitalized in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and grouped according to the"single-blind random sampling method".44 patients in the reference group were treated with insulin pumps,and 44 patients in the experimental group were treated with metformin+Insulin pump therapy,compare the clinical efficacy,blood glucose indicators,serum Betatrophin,CRP,CysC factor,incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,and incidence of adverse reactions.Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group(95.45%)was higher than that of the reference group(70.45%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HbA1c,FPG,2 hPG,serum Betatrophin,CRP,and CysC factors in the experimental group were lower than the reference group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Adverse pregnancy outcomes occurred in the experimental group(2.27%)was lower than the reference group(18.18%),and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.456,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(6.82%)was compared with that in the reference group(4.55%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Metformin+insulin pump can effectively reduce blood glucose level,regulate serum protein factor levels,improve maternal and infant outcomes,and have fewer adverse reactions.
