摘要
为解决家长接孩子放学难的“三点半问题”,2017年3月,教育部就该教育民生问题,印发《关于做好中小学生课后服务工作的指导意见》(教基一厅(2017)2号),明确指出要“充分发挥中小学校课后服务主渠道作用”。本文以重庆市各小学为例,通过访谈和观察了解到目前政策实施中出现了师生负担加重、活动内容单一、政策认知偏差等问题,针对这些问题从学校、教师、家长等方面提出了丰富课后服务内容、为师生减压、加强政策认识等优化策略,以促进这一政策更好更快的实施。
in order to solve the"03:30 problem"of parents'difficulty in picking up their children from school,in March 2017,the Ministry of Education issued the"guidance on doing a good job in after-school service for primary and middle school students"(2017)No.2,which clearly pointed out that it is necessary to"give full play to the main role of after-school service in primary and secondary schools".At present,the implementation of this policy is still in the initial stage,which brings advantages in the process of implementation,but also has many problems and challenges.Taking the primary schools in Chongqing as an example,through interviews and observation,this paper finds out that there are some problems in the implementation of the policy,such as increasing the burden of teachers and students,single activity content,policy cognitive deviation and so on.
