摘要
对近年来金粟兰属植物(Chloranthus)成分和药理活性研究情况进行了综述。金粟兰属植物在民间是治疗肿疖、毒蛇咬伤和跌打损伤的良药,该植物中发现的化合物种类较多,包括萜类、酚类、醇苷类以及一些其他类型的化合物。其中,萜类化合物较多,研究热点是倍半萜二聚体类的大环化合物。现代药理研究表明金粟兰属植物多具有抗菌、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗HIV-1以及增强免疫等活性。由于金粟兰属植物化学结构复杂,目前仍有新结构不断被发现,这使该属植物化学成分及药理活性研究也处在不断更新状态。本文就金粟兰属药用植物概况、化学成分及药理活性进行简单总结。
In this paper we reviewed the research progress in chemical components and pharmacological action of Chloranthus plants in recent years.Chloranthus plants are used to cure furuncle,snakebite and bruise in folk medicine.Many kinds of compounds have been discovered in Chloranthus plants,including terpenoids,phenols,glycosides and other compounds;the content of terpenoids is high,while the research hotspot is sesquiterpenes.Modern pharmacological researches show that most of the Chloranthus plants have the activities of antibiosis,anti-inflammatory,antitumor,anti-HIV-1,and immuno-enhancement.Due to the complex chemical structures of Chloranthus plants,new structures are still to be discovered,and the researches on the chemical components and pharmacological action of Chloranthus plants are constantly updating.In this paper we summarized the general conditions,chemical components and pharmacological activities of Chloranthus plants.
