摘要
目的研究一枝蒿的药理作用及其物质基础。方法从化学成分、药理作用、定性定量分析等方面对近年来一枝蒿的研究结果进行综述。结果从一枝蒿药材中鉴定的化合物有倍半萜类化合物30余种、黄酮类50余种、愈创吡啶倍半萜类生物碱15种、愈创木烷型倍半萜二聚体类化合物12种。一枝蒿具有解毒、抗过敏、抗菌、抗病毒及保肝等功效,主治感冒、咽炎、荨麻诊及肝炎等。结论一枝蒿是传统的维吾尔药材,在新疆民间沿用悠久,今后应加大对其综合利用开发,对药材物质基础开展系统性研究,发现其新的药用价值。
Objective To study the pharmacological effects and material basis of Artemisia rupestris L..Methods This paper reviewed the recent research progress of Artemisia rupestris L.based on the chemical analysis,pharmacological effects and quality control,etc..Results Studies showed that there are about 30 kinds of sesquiterpenoids,50 kinds of flavonoids,15 kinds of guaiacoline sesquiterpenoids and 12 kinds of guaiacane sesquiterpenoid dimers in Artemisia rupestris L.pharmacological studies showed its activities of clearing away toxins,anti-hypersusceptibility,antibacteria,antivirus protecting liver,and so on.It is frequently used to treat cold,pharyngitis,urticaria and hepatitis.Conclusion Artemisia rupestris L.is a traditional Uyghur medicine,which has been used for a long time in Xinjiang.In the future,we should increase the comprehensive utilization and development,systematically carry out the research on the material basis of Artemisia rupestris L.,and develop its new medicinal value.
