摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病脾肾阳虚证应用稳糖汤与西医常规方案联合治疗的有效性及安全性。方法选择该院2018年1月—2020年6月收治的2型糖尿病脾肾阳虚证患者88例进行研究,以入组先后顺序分为两组,每组44例。对照组用常规西医方案治疗,观察组则加用稳糖汤联合治疗。比较两组疗效、不良反应,以及治疗前后血糖指标、血液流变学指标。结果观察组总有效率更高,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组全血黏度低切、全血黏度高切、血浆黏度对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病脾肾阳虚证患者应用稳糖汤联合西医常规方案治疗,可提高疗效,改善血糖指标与血液流变学指标,且不会明显增加不良反应,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of combined treatment of type 2 diabetes with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome using Wentang Decoction and conventional Western medicine.Methods A total of 88 patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency of type 2 diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to June 2020 were selected for the study.They were divided into two groups in the order of entry,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Wentang decoction.The efficacy,adverse reactions,blood glucose and hemorheology indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher,which was significantly different from that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05);the fasting blood glucose of the two groups before treatment,the blood glucose of 2 h after the meal,and glycosylated hemoglobin had no significant difference in comparison(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the comparison of whole blood viscosity,whole blood viscosity,and plasma viscosity between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of type 2 diabetes with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome can improve the curative effect and improve the blood glucose and hemorheology indexes with Wentang Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine,and it is worthy of application.
