摘要
目的:探讨微信联合PBL教学法在产科护理带教中的应用效果。方法:选取80名护生作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40人。对照组护生予以传统一对一护理带教方法。观察组护生予以基于微信平台的PBL教学法。比较两组出科理论成绩、操作成绩、综合素质能力和教学满意度,结果:观察组理论成绩、操作成绩均高于对照组。观察组临床思维、动手能力、学习积极主动性、团队合作、沟通能力评分均高于对照组.观察组对带教模式满意率明显高于对照组。结论:将微信联合PBL教学法应用于产科护理带教工作中,可提高护生的出科成绩和综合素质能力,改善护生对教学方法的满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of WeChat combined with PBL teaching method in obstetric nursing teaching.Methods:A total of 80 nursing students were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 students in each group.Nursing students in the control group were given traditional one-on-one nursing teaching methods.Nursing students in the observation group were given PBL teaching method based on WeChat platform.Compare the two groups’ academic performance,operational performance,comprehensive quality ability and teaching satisfaction.Results:The theoretical and operational performances of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The observation group’s clinical thinking,practical ability,learning initiative,teamwork,and communication ability scores were higher than those of the control group.The satisfaction rate of the observation group to the teaching mode was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:The application of WeChat and PBL teaching method in obstetric nursing teaching work can improve the performance and comprehensive quality of nursing students,and improve the satisfaction of nursing students with teaching methods.
