摘要
膝关节是人体最复杂的关节,诸多因素会导致膝关节疾病发生,影像学检查技术在膝关节疾病的诊断与评价中发挥重要作用。现根据所搜文献对不同影像学技术在膝关节疾病的诊断与评价方面进行总结与探讨。X线片是临床常用技术手段;CT结合相关技术在膝关节置换个性化手术等方面更优;MRI在显示膝关节软骨等组织具有特异性,价值更高;超声的临床价值正逐渐受到重视。临床医师需熟知不同检查技术的特异性并结合患者病情综合判断,进行合理检查。
Knee joint is the most complex joint in human body,many factors can lead to knee joint diseases,imaging examination technology plays an important role in the diagnosis and evaluation of knee joint diseases.Now according to the literature,we summarize and discuss the different imaging techniques in the diagnosis and evaluation of knee joint diseases.X-ray is a common clinical technique;CT combined with related technology is better in personalized operation of knee replacement;MRI has specificity and higher value in displaying knee cartilage and other tissues;clinical value of ultrasound is getting more and more attention.Clinicians need to be familiar with the specificity of different examination techniques,combined with the comprehensive judgment of the patient’s condition,and carry out reasonable examination.
