关于产教融合、校企“双元”育人机制的实践探索 被引量:5

摘要 随着我国教育体制改革的不断深入和社会主义市场经济体制的建立,职业教育逐步与市场接轨。当前,随着经济结构、人才结构的进一步调整,需要大力发展职业教育,着力培养满足社会需求的新型高素质技能人才,为此,应当将产教融合、工学结合、知行合一、校企"双元"育人这一培养理念融入到学校、企业发展建设的各项工作中来,重视学校教育与企业培养、校园文化与企业文化的对接互动,构建积极健康、和谐发展的"德技并修、工学结合"的良好氛围,同时也重视学生从校内学生向企业员工角色转变时所面临的技能素养与心理健康方面的需求,加强引导,培养职业意识,使其具备良好的职业技能素养、信息分辨能力、社会适应性和自我规划的能力,以期培养出适应时代要求的高素质的新型技能人才。 With the deepening of China's education system reform and the establishment of the socialist market economic system,vocational education is gradually in line with the market.At present,with the further adjustment of economic struc⁃ture and talent structure,it is necessary to vigorously develop vocational education and cultivate new high-quality skilled talents to meet the needs of society.Therefore,we should integrate the cultivation concept of integration of production and education,combination of work and study,unity of knowledge and practice,and"dual"education of school and enterprise into the development and construction of schools and enterprises,and attach importance to school education and enterprise.At the same time,we should also pay attention to the needs of students'skills and mental health when they change their roles from school students to enterprise employees.We should strengthen guidance,cultivate professional awareness,and make them have good professional skills and credibility in order to cultivate high-quality new skilled talents to meet the requirements of the times,we should have the ability of information discrimination,social adaptability and self-planning.
