免底涂双向拉伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯镭射基膜的研制

摘要 传统双向拉伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(BOPET)镭射包装膜在模压前需要涂布底涂信息层,制作过程复杂,而且在生产过程中会产生挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放。针对此问题,我们研发了免底涂BOPET镭射基膜。通过多层共挤出工艺,一步成型镭射功能层,从而减少了人工、设备、材料等成本,同时避免有害溶剂的挥发,节能环保。免底涂BOPET薄膜的研发,不仅能够有效推动BOPET行业技术进步,也能推动镭射行业高质量发展。 Traditionally,information layer needs to be coated onto bottom of biaxial stretching polyethylene terephthalate packaging film for laser holography,which is a complex production process.Moreover,volatile organic matter(VOCs)emis⁃sions are generated during production.Herein,we developed a coating-free BOPET base-film for laser holography.The base-film was produced via multi-layer co-extrusion.In one step was the laser holographic layer obtained.It reduces cost of labor,equipment,materials and so on in the coating process,while evaporation of harmful solvents was avoided,which is energy saving and environmental protective.The development of coating-free BOPET film can not only promote the techno⁃logical progress of BOPET industry,but also promote the high-quality development of laser holography industry.
